As part of this rotational graduate program, you will gain hands-on experience across different Sales functions, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of our products, customers, and business operations. These rotations will expose you to key areas such as Business Development, Account Management, and Customer Success, providing a solid foundation for a career in Sales at Sage.
In addition to on-the-job learning, you will benefit from five personal development days, which you can use to boost your skills and industry knowledge. We also encourage all colleagues to make an impact in their local communities by giving them five fully paid days per year to volunteer, fundraise, or support charitable initiatives through Sage Foundation.
Additionally, we offer a work-away program, allowing employees to work from various locations around the world. This benefit enhances professional experience and promotes a global mindset.
This is a hybrid role – three days per week in our Madrid office
Responsabilidades principales
What will you gain exposure to?As a Sales Graduate, you will embark on an immersive learning journey and participate in a comprehensive and structured development program. You will gain invaluable exposure to key Sales functions, including an in-depth understanding of Sage’s business management and accounting solutions, specifically tailored for small and medium-sized businesses.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in Sales, potentially leading to leadership roles or exploring different Sales pathways within Sage.
During your rotations, you will:
Develop strong relationships with clients and implement a customer success model to drive long-term value.
Gain an understanding of customer pain points and deliver tailored solutions.
Host webinars and product demonstrations to showcase Sage's offerings and position yourself as a trusted expert.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with customer needs.

Organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines

Complete a gamified science-driven assessment via Harver, to help us accurately assess if you’re aligned to our values and behaviours, whilst removing any risk of unconscious bias from our process
If you match the profile, you'll be sent a video interview to record.
If your video interview is successful, you’ll be invited to an Assessment Centre at one of our Sage Offices.
Successful candidates will join our Graduate Program on 1 October 2025.
